"My journey with Abby started with me having no real expectations of the coaching sessions and feeling rather blank about what outcomes to expect. During the first few sessions I was worried that I was not 'doing it right'. It is only now, in hindsight, that I can fully comprehend and appreciate the value of the time and effort invested in the coaching sessions.
